Majvi holds a Master's degree in Marketing from the University of Colorado at Denver, a Business degree from BI, and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Østfold College of Engineering.

Her professional experience includes 13 years as a Business Development Manager at Borregaard AS, with responsibilities including project and financial management, regulatory compliance, and investment opportunities. With 13 years of prior experience in the packaging industry as Marketing Manager at ÅR Carton and Sales Manager at Peterson (now VPK), she has gained expertise in sales and marketing, relationship building, and national and international negotiations in the cardboard and corrugated industry.

Currently, as a Research Administrator at Norsus, Majvi is responsible for managing the operational, financial, administrative, and logisical aspects of research projects to ensure smooth operation and timely and accurate project reporting to the highest standards.
