Anna took her PhD in 2009 on Sustainable Plant Biology at Harper Adams University, UK. There she also completed a postdoc within sustainable development of agricultural universities and then started as a researcher at RISE (Research Institutes of Sweden) where she worked for 10 years before joining NORSUS. Anna has extensive experience related to environmental analyses of food production and she focuses on sustainable agriculture and sustainable processing of agricultural raw materials. Anna is the coordinator of NordPEF, a working group with Nordic researchers from Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark whose purpose is to spread knowledge about the EU's Product Environmental Footprint methodology to the agricultural sector.
